Welcome to the MARS Training Site!
The MARS Training Site (also referred to as the “Site”) is a complimentary add-on service provided to you by Opus 5K. It does NOT form part of your MARS Hosted Services Agreement, and no guarantees or assurances are provided on the confidentiality, integrity or availability of this sandbox environment.
This Site is available to all MARS clients for the sole purpose of training their staff in the use of MARS without risk of compromising the integrity of the configuration and data held within their respective MARS Production environments.
Usage of this Site is governed by the terms of use specified in this document at Appendix A. This Site does not form part of the existing Hosted Services Agreements clients hold with Opus 5K.
This Site is provided with no guarantees on uptime, availability, stability or security and access can be revoked at any time without notice and without consequence. Any downtime or termination of access to this Site has no bearing on service levels specified within the Hosted Services Agreements.
Any actions that contravene the terms and conditions detailed within this document may result in forfeiture of the rights of your Organisation to access this Site.
Access
In the first instance, access to the Site will be provided to current client-based MARS System Administrators. Each Administrator will be given access to their respective Organisation nodes within both the Entity Hierarchy and Forms Library.
System Administrators will not be granted full System Administration rights to the Site. This role will be managed solely by Opus 5K. Instead, the following roles will be assigned:
- Entity_Manager
- Help
- Form_User
- Form_Manager
- MX_User
- QI_Admin
- QI_Manager
- QI_User
- Document_Admin
- Document_Manager
- Document_User
- Dashboard_Admin
- Dashboard_Manage
- Dashboard_User
- Data_Manager
- Schedule_Manager
Entities
Each client Organisation has been set up within the Entity Hierarchy as a Level 1 entity. Clients (through their MARS System Administrator) are welcome to create lower level entities as required for training purposes. For training purposes, we do not foresee a need to fully replicate each client’s production Entity Hierarchy.
Forms
The Forms Library contains a Form Container for each client Organisation. Clients who have been set up appropriately by their MARS System Administrator may build their own training audit tools (Form Designs) within their respective Form Container or use the MARS XChange to download tools for training purposes. Clients who wish to train staff using their own Production audit tools may choose to upload their Form Design to the MARS XChange and subsequently download them into the MARS Training Site.
Users
It is the responsibility of the MARS Administrator to on-board users into the Site.
The Site operates in a standalone environment. Users will need to be set up with a username and password. Where client organisations have adopted Single Sign On (SSO) within their Production MARS environment, this will not be replicated within the Site. Username naming conventions will be at the discretion of the client MARS Administrators.
Where you set up additional users, you must follow the format for acceptable usernames, being:
yoursubdomain{#}.sandbox@opus5k.com, where {#} represents a unique number. For example, if your subdomain (the subdomain under which you access MARS) is myhospital, then set your users up along the following lines:
- myhospital1.sandbox@opus5k.com
- myhospital2.sandbox@opus5k.com
- myhospital3.sandbox@opus5k.com
- etc
As part of our commitment to ensuring that no identifiable data is entered into this sandbox environment, we will be periodically auditing usage and where a breach of confidentiality is identified, we reserve the right to delete that data and to block further access.
Data
The Site is a shared platform (like the MARS Xchange), accessible by all Opus 5K MARS clients. It is imperative that no sensitive or identifiable data is placed in this Site.
Support
The support model will follow the same structure as that currently in place for MARS Production environments with only nominated staff able to raise tickets.
Please note that any issues raised against this Site will always be triaged at a lesser priority than any Production issues that have been raised. We provide no guarantees that issues raised against this Site will be attended to.
